Mind Body Balance

For good overall health the body, the mind and the emotions all need to healthy and well balanced. This has been acknowledged by Huang Di Neijing or the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic 2600 BC.

As our body interacts with our mind and emotions and all three are interrelated and influence each other, so are we a part of nature and also need to live in balance within a healthy external natural environment. 

Later this also has been acknowledged by people in antique Rome as “Mens sana in corpore sano”, a Latin phrase for “a healthy mind in a healthy body”.
