How Can Acupuncture Help?

Acupuncture is helpful for acute and chronic pain conditions such as back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, headache and migraine, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and general joint pain. Besides pain, TCM Acupuncture also addresses underlying internal weaknesses such as digestive issues, fatigue, stress, insomnia, anxiety/ depression, and addictions. Acupuncture is useful for memory and focus problems, rebalances the immune and the cardiovascular system. It also helps in weight management as well as it balances hormonal imbalances such as dysmenorrhea or infertility issues.

By inserting small needles into specific acupuncture points the flow of energy (Qi) and blood is regulated and rebalanced. Through balancing Qi and blood flow blockages are unblocked, pain is resolved and disease dissolved.
